November 1st: off. 12 hour clinical that day
November 2nd: 5 miles
November 3rd: 6 miles
November 4th: 6 miles
November 6th: 9 mile run
Week 2
November 8th: 7 miles @ 9:03 and Yoga
November 9th: 6 miles @ 8:53
November 10th: 1 mile warm up at 10:05. 6 miles at 7:40
November 13th: 10 mile run @ 9:00
Week 3
November 15th: 5.5 mile run @ 8:54 and Yoga
November 16th: 6 mi @ 8:45
November 17th: 1 mile @ 10:30, 6 miles @ 7:30 and 1 mile @ 11:00
November 19th: 4 mile fun run with Bruin @ 9:00
November 20th: Suppsed to be a long run but my body said NO :( 7 miles @ 9:00
Week 4
November 22: Speed Run. Warm up 10 minutes (1 miles), 3x1600 @ 7:00 pace with 800 rest in between. Cook Down 10 minutes ( 1 mile) Total: 6 miles
November 23rd: 7 miles at 9:30 pace. WORST RUN EVER!!
November 24th: 4 miles @ 8:30 pace
November 25th: 10 miles @ 9:00 pace

December 1: 6 miles @ 830 pace
December 3rd: 6 miles
