I'm baaaaaaaack :)

Hello Friends!!!

So, I am officially back to my blogging self :) I hope to be back to blogging twice a day, but once a day will have to suffice for now espeically during the holidays. Sorry for my lack of post the last few days, it's been really hectic with graduation and pinning. I still plan to do full re-caps of my graduation and pinning ceremonies because I want to share those speical moments with all of you :) I hope I didn't lose any of my readers!! :)

Oh, today was glorious. I got to sleep in to 7:30,  I didn't even wake up when Fiance got up. Puppy and I layed in bed most of the morning, it was so relaxing and much needed.

I eventually got myself out of bed and made breakfast (banana oats). I then went back into bed and caught up on my google reading. Hey, I deserve to lay in bed all day, it's been a rough 3 years! ;)

I finally decided that I needed to get out of bed and start my day. I never lay in bed all morning, so it was nice to do. Although I felt that I lost most of my day, but I like not having to wake up and rush out for a run, or to school, or off to run errands, it was nice to just relax and enjoy my morning.

I did make it to Hot Yoga this afternoon. It felt so good. Today marks the half-way point of my yoga challenge! 15 days down...15 days to go! The challenge is going fantastic! I have been able to go to my Yoga Studio 13 days and did yoga at home 2 days so far. Fiance is happy I'm getting use out of my membership ;) I am absolutely loving this challenge. Although it is hard to squeeze in yoga some days, I still manage too and it is so worth it. I feel like it is helping my running so much. My hips feel less tight and my knee pain is not has bad. So far so good :) Keep cheering me on!

After yoga I was starving, so I decieded on tuna and crackers :)

In the Tuna Mix
-1 can of tuna
-1 apple
-1 tsp of relish
-1 tsp of fat free mayo
-1 tsp of craisins

Side
-Kashi Spicy Crackers
-Orange

The rest of the day I spent trying to get stuff done around the house; organized my room, packed away all my nursing stuff, organized the office, went to the post-office, looked for jobs, tried to plan out a study schedule for boards, and wrapped presents. It was a pretty busy after-noon. I had to make up for a lazy morning ;)

After, my busy afternoon I met Bobbi for a fun 4 mile run. It was so nice being able to run with a buddy. I never run with anyone and that gets super lonely.  So it was nice to have a buddy to run with. She's such great company, the 4 miles flew by!  I was also happy that I was able to keep an 8:30 pace, since I'm injured! After our run it was home for dinner!

I made Chicken and Roasted Veggies and Fiance had leftovers (Alfredo with Chicken and Pasta, not my favorite dish).

Roasted Sweet Vegetables
-2 bellpeppers
-Carrots

Slice bellpeppers and carrots, place on baking sheet. Brush vegetables with olive oil and top with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until golden brown).

Now, I am going to relax with fiance, since it's been awhile since we have had a night where we are both home at a decent hour. We plan to enjoy Modern Family and Hot Coco and Cookies ;)

Sorry for the extremely long post! Thanks for being faitful readers :)

I just love our house at Christmas!
